The fee paid is unique and there will be no required payments for additional fees for winner and selected projects. It is not allowed to send a number exceeding one PDF regardless of the categories of participation.

Below are the step-by-step instructions for registration, project upload, and payment.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. On the website homepage, click on "Participate".
2. Select your participation category by clicking on the corresponding box.
3. Upload your project PDF. Please ensure it has been prepared according to the guidelines in the official Call for Entries.
Important: As noted at the top of the screen, after selecting your PDF, you must click "Proceed" to trigger the actual upload. You will only see the file as successfully uploaded after this action.
4. Fill in all the fields. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
5. On this same screen, you may also upload a second and a third project. A maximum of three projects in total is permitted, including those in different categories.
6. By clicking "Proceed," your file uploads will be finalized, and you will be directed to the payment page.

Discounts and Promo Codes
Discount codes are available for members of AIAP and members of the Collaborating Partner associations for this 6th edition: AIGA San Diego Tijuana (USA/Mexico), Grafia (Finland), and TDRI (Taiwan). These associations will provide the reserved codes directly to their members.
All designers, regardless of origin, submitting more than one project (up to a maximum of 3) can use the code MULTI26. This entitles you to a 25% discount on the second and third projects (applied to the least expensive entry).
Discounts cannot be combined.
If you have a discount code, enter it in the box on the right. The discount will be applied automatically, and the updated total will be displayed.

Payment Methods
Select your payment method by clicking on the corresponding box.
Bank Transfer: If you choose this method, you must upload a copy of your bank transfer receipt (IBAN: IT02F0538701665000042434505, BIC / SWIFT: BPMOIT22XXX).
Electronic Payment: You will be redirected to PayPal (where you can pay as a guest or via a PayPal account). Through PayPal, you can also pay with credit or debit card.

Final Important Notes
Reviewing Your Data: your choices are saved until the payment is completed. You can review your details and even replace an uploaded project (by naming the new file exactly like the previous one). After payment is processed, you cannot modify your data

Following your payment, the AIAP secretariat will send the invoice relating to your purchase.
No further fees will be required for selected or winning projects.
